PolyPhotonics Berlin e.V. at OFC 2026 in Los Angeles

At this year’s OFC in Los Angeles last month, PolyPhotonics Berlin e.V. participated in discussions with international stakeholders from research and industry and followed current developments in optical communication.

The conference highlighted the ongoing shift toward AI-driven infrastructures, energy-efficient systems, and integrated photonic technologies. A clear trend was the move from individual components toward more complex, scalable system-level solutions.

Our focus was on professional exchange, connecting with existing partners and establishing new contacts within the global photonics ecosystem. The discussions and insights gained during the event will contribute to future collaborations and activities in Berlin.
